Helpful Hints to Remember your Dreams
Set the intention to remember your dreams when you go to sleep.
Drink a glass of water before you go to bed.
Keep a dream journal. First thing when you wake up write down anything that you remember about your dream.

Listen to sound frequencies before going to sleep.
Wear a beanie to cover your head and eyes. This will help you
to get a deeper sleep by keeping out distractions such as lights,
sounds, moving air from fans, portable heaters and or air conditioners.
Talk about your dream when you wake up.
